The FLN Mentorship Programme connects mentors and mentees across the legal industry, with a focus on supporting young female lawyers. We enable participants to create meaningful two-way relationships based on the exchange of knowledge and experience, with the goal of maximising mentees’ potential and developing a pipeline of future leaders.

Our first cohort is open to mentees from all backgrounds, but will focus on addressing the underrepresentation of the following groups in leadership roles in the legal industry, and we invite them to join us as mentees:​

• Women with disabilities

• Lesbian, Bisexual and Transgender (LGBTQ+)

• Those from disadvantaged socioeconomic backgrounds
